Equipment Rentals

All rentals are subject to availability and confirmation by Elite Equipment Rental LLC. A rental agreement will be provided at or before the time of delivery. The terms of that agreement, including rental period, rates, and responsibilities, govern your specific rental.

Renter Responsibilities

You are responsible for the safe and proper use of all rented equipment during the rental period. Equipment must be operated only by qualified individuals and used only for its intended purpose. You are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.

Delivery and Pick Up

We deliver and pick up equipment within our service area around Manheim, PA. Delivery times are coordinated at the time of booking. While we strive to always be on time, we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control.

Cancellations

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule a rental. Cancellation terms will be outlined in your rental agreement.

Limitation of Liability

Elite Equipment Rental LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or rented equipment beyond the scope of applicable law.
